Company: Clean For MeLocation: RemoteSchedule: Monday–FridayPay: $5.00 per hourWe are seeking two proactive and reliable Virtual Assistants to support daily operations, recruitment, and CRM management for our growing company.🕒 Available ShiftsVA #1: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST)VA #2: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST)🌎 Language RequirementFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)🧩 ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to emails and customer inquiriesUse and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customers, and follow-upsSupport email marketing campaignsAssist with SEO tasks and online optimizationHandle customer service communications professionallyManage and schedule social media contentProvide executive assistant support (calendar management, follow-ups, organization)Support recruitment and hiring processes, including:Posting job adsScreening resumesScheduling interviewsCommunicating with candidatesTake initiative and proactively suggest process improvements✅ RequirementsProven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Recruiter, or CRM userHands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, social media, and recruitment toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishHighly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyStable internet connection and ability to work remotely💻 Work Environment & EquipmentQuiet, professional workspace free from background noisePersonal computer or laptop suitable for daily work tasksHigh-speed, stable internet connection🌟 What We OfferLong-term opportunity with a growing companyConsistent schedule and clear expectationsSupportive and collaborative remote work environment📩 To Apply:Apply via LinkedIn or message us with your resume and a short introduction.
