Descrição do Cargo:

Estamos procurando uma pessoa dinâmica e motivada para se juntar à nossa equipe como Comercial para nossa plataforma digital. O profissional ideal será responsável por promover nossos produtos e serviços digitais, identificar oportunidades de negócios, e expandir nossa base de clientes. Este papel requer uma combinação de habilidades de vendas, conhecimento técnico e capacidade de comunicação eficaz.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar e qualificar leads potenciais através de canais online e offline.
  • Apresentar e demonstrar os recursos e benefícios de nossa plataforma digital para clientes em potencial.
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes existentes e novos, garantindo a satisfação e a retenção.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas para atingir metas de crescimento e receita.
  • Colaborar com equipes internas, incluindo, suporte ao cliente e desenvolvimento de produtos, para garantir uma experiência perfeita para o cliente.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências do mercado e as melhores práticas da indústria para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas, preferencialmente em um ambiente digital ou de tecnologia.
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de articular de forma clara e persuasiva os benefícios da plataforma.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, com forte orientação para resultados.
  • Conhecimento básico de tecnologia e familiaridade com plataformas digitais e ferramentas de produtividade.
  • Orientação para o cliente e habilidades de resolução de problemas.
  • Capacidade de se adaptar rapidamente a novas situações e ambientes em constante mudança.
