Headquartered in Dallas, TX, SpotSee operates six facilities across Texas, Illinois, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, delivering advanced monitoring technologies globally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Market Development Manager focused on the Latin America region. The role involves conducting market research and analysis, developing comprehensive business and market plans, and executing strategic market development initiatives.Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, recruiting and developing sales channels, and managing regional partner relationships to expand market coverage. The Market Development Manager will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new distributors, as well as supporting the growth and performance of existing partners.Additionally, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align market strategy with organizational goals and drive sustained sales growth across the region.QualificationsStrong capabilities in Market Analysis, Market Research, and Market PlanningExperience in Business Planning and strategic market initiativesProven track record in Sales, including channel development and managementExperience identifying, recruiting, and developing sales distributors or partnersEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience working in international markets, especially within Latin America, is a plus
