🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr. Engineer (React + UX/UI Knowledge) 💻 Remote (US-based, preferably EST) | 📆 6-9 month contract (with possible extension) | 💵 Highly competitive USD compensation packageJoin our Site Reliability Engineering team and help improve internal web applications built by engineers, for engineers. We’re looking for someone who can not only code clean, performant interfaces in React, but also elevate the usability and UX flow of the tools our teams rely on every day.🔧 What You’ll DoWork on existing React-based internal applications used by engineering teams.Reorganize and improve existing UI/UX for better usability and performance.Implement new functionality and drive user-focused design improvements.Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand pain points and deliver better experiences.🧠 Must HaveReact expertise (core requirement)Experience delivering with multiple frontend frameworks/languagesHTMX experience (required)Lit experience (nice to have)Comfortable working on UX layer (not just layout — real usability improvement)Some UX design experience is a big plus💡 Nice to HaveExperience building internal tools over marketing sitesWireframing and talking to usersBackend familiarity (Go or Python)💬 What We’re Looking ForSomeone proactive, curious, and ready to take ownership — a person who can come in and say:“I saw what was wrong with your React app, fixed it, and made it better.”If you’ve built something meaningful for users, we’d love to hear about it.
