Requisitos e Qualificações
- Ensino Superior Completo, desejável especialização relacionada a Pedagogia, Educação, Design Instrucional, Tecnologia Educacional ou áreas relacionadas.
- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em DI – importante apresentar portfólio de casos de treinamento desenvolvidos.
- Conhecimento avançado em metodologias de design instrucional e técnicas de ensino, como metodologia 6D, Estruturas Libertadoras.
- Conhecimento atualizado sobre as principais inovações e tecnologias em ascensão no campo educacional, como o uso de inteligência artificial e sistemas de aprendizagem adaptativa.
- Habilidade de planejar e organizar, trabalhando em vários projetos simultaneamente e cumprindo prazos.
Responsabilidades e Atribuições
· Aplicar princípios de design instrucional para criar conteúdos pedagógicos sólidos, alinhados com os objetivos de aprendizado estabelecidos.
· Pesquisar e analisar informações necessárias para a criação e desenvolvimento dos programas de treinamento corporativo.
· Criar e desenvolver materiais de treinamento variados, como cursos online, módulos de e-learning, microlearning, manuais, guias de estudo, questionários e outros recursos educacionais interativos.
· Compreender as características dos cursos e dos públicos-alvo, propondo os objetos de aprendizagem adequados para o alcance dos objetivos dos cursos, visando aumentar sua atratividade, assertividade e dinamismo.
· Elaborar planos de aula, estruturas de cursos e conteúdos que atendam às demandas de capacitação dos projetos.
· Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com desenvolvedores de conteúdo, especialistas, editores de vídeo e outras partes envolvidas, garantindo a coesão e qualidade dos materiais educativos.
· Aplicar metodologias de ensino corporativo, como 6D e Estruturas Libertadoras.
· Conduzir pesquisas e testar novas tecnologias e metodologias educacionais, aplicando-as em treinamentos corporativos, que incluam a mensuração e análise dos resultados obtidos.
· Realizar diagnósticos de necessidades de treinamento, identificando lacunas de aprendizagem e definindo objetivos educacionais claros.
· Desenvolver relatórios e apresentações detalhadas sobre os resultados dos treinamentos e experimentos realizados.
· Acompanhar as últimas tendências em treinamento corporativo e tecnologia educacional, além de aderir às melhores práticas em termos de acessibilidade e inclusão.
