Overview:  


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Orchestration Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and a proven track record in developing and deploying generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing our generative AI systems, ensuring they perform efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and Implement AI Kernel: Develop and maintain the foundational job queue and task scheduler, ensuring robust and efficient task management within the AI system. 
  • Develop AI Broker Framework: Create and optimize a framework for intelligent model selection and invocation, maximizing performance and cost-effectiveness. Implement intelligent error correction mechanisms. 
  • Build and Manage AI Gateway: Integrate various data sources into the system and develop function-calling capabilities. Establish and maintain connections to databases, internet search, and external APIs. 
  • Enhance Cognitive Architecture: Implement advanced AI features such as working memory, planning, and problem-solving capabilities to enhance the system's intelligence. 
  • Create Agent Framework: Develop a framework enabling the AI to operate semi-independently, executing high-level instructions similar to a human remote employee. 
  • Develop Preconfigured Modules: Design and deploy various ready-to-use modules, including document extraction, coding sandbox, and chat functionalities, tailored to specific applications. 
  • Implement Learning Framework: Create and maintain a learning framework that allows the AI system to improve automatically over time, incorporating feedback and new data. 


Qualifications: 

  • At least 5+ years of similar experience In a software engineering role 
  • Proven experience in designing and developing systems incorporating LLMs. 
  • Familiarity with at least one of OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude APIs and SDKs, Familiarity with Llama a plus. 
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Node.js for backend workflows and API development.  
  • Experience with advanced asynchronous programming techniques. 
  • Strong SQL development skills, experience with Postgres a plus. 
  • Familiarity with embedding models, vector embeddings, vector similarity, and vector indexes. pgvector a plus 
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes 
  • Experience with at least one of Azure, AWS or GCP. 
  • Experience with IaaC and Terraform a plus. 
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 
  • Relevant certifications in AI/ML technologies are a plus. 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Advanced Degree: Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries such as healthcare, finance, customer service, etc., to tailor AI solutions to industry-specific needs. 


Soft Skills: 

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI in your daily work via ChatGPT, Github Copilot or similar 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
