Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Data Scientist Developer with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage NLP techniques and AI technologies to extract insights, improve processes, and drive innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and implement NLP algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
  • Develop and deploy AI-based systems for data analysis, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, AI, and machine learning to propose innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable code for production-ready applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on NLP and AI best practices to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Proven experience (X years) working as a Data Scientist Developer, focusing on NLP and AI projects.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Expertise in NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers (Hugging Face), etc.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of what is possible with NLP and AI.
