Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage in Dynamics CRM implementations, guiding projects through all phases from discovery to deployment to ensure a seamless journey for stakeholders.
- Act as a CRM/CE expert, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients and team members to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively.
- Conduct empathetic discovery meetings to understand clients' sales, marketing, and customer service requirements thoroughly.
- Lead the design process for key modules, collaborating with the Development Team to implement customizations and address custom code or data migration needs.
- Deliver end-user training sessions with a nurturing approach and maintain comprehensive knowledge transfer documentation to empower clients for sustained success.
- Innovate CRM implementation standards and tools to enhance effectiveness and user-friendliness continually.
- Offer personalized technology solution demonstrations to showcase value and relevance to clients.
- Carry out all responsibilities in line with the organization's core values, fostering trust and respect among team members and clients.
- Possess extensive CRM industry knowledge to nurture client relationships effectively.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM projects such as Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Saleslogix, Onyx, etc., for the role of Senior CRM Consultant.
- Demonstrate strong relational database skills for effective information management and interpretation.
- Exhibit excellent presentation and communication abilities for clear and confident interactions.
- Showcase exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a drive for professional excellence.
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally, with a requirement of up to 50% travel.
- Hold a Microsoft CRM Application certification (desirable).
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
