Responsibilities

  • Implement 5Ps strategies for each category and activities plan for Retail Environment served by Wholesalers;
  • Ensure the execution of the Retail Marketing plans to achieve the Indirect Trade Goals focused on Wholesalers
  • Supp ort to Indirect Retail Marketing Manager to assure channel's development and CDT's activities, it is to be performed in accordance with the commercial strategy and sales goals.
  • Secure and track the Activities/Plans providing feedback of results at RE Meetings monthly;
  • Bring field insights to improve established plans from Retail Marketing;
  • Adapt main strategies with Retail Marketing by RE and Region (Tabloids, mandated assortment, campaigns ...);
  • Secure the investment strategy across the channel that supports the GTM;
  • Track and Monitoring GTN and margin by channel/ customers;
  • Track and Monitoring implementation of 5P's and customers activities;
  • Track and Monitoring distribution performance (T&C) for each wholesalers;
  • Develop and implement all Super Clube Strategy to engage WS sales force;
  • Sellout and inventory performance follow up by Category/Customer/Region;
  • Secure the right RE classification into the system;
  • Blue Jackets activities padronization: i.e: Scorecard and Raio-X
  • Support CDT/Financial Planning to control WS P&L;
  • Develop plans to increase numeric distribution by wholesalers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Commercial experience in the indirect channel.
  • Advanced English.

Desirable

  • MBA.
  • Knowledge in excel and access.
