__________________________________________________________________________ Atividades- Identificar, coletar, preparar, validar, analisar e interpretar dados relativos às várias atividades da Organização para extrair informações, inclusive através do desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos e estatísticos para gerar sistemas avançados de aprendizagem e conhecimento organizado
- Identificar e acessar as fontes de dados capazes de apoiar e desenvolver um determinado processo de negócios
- Desenvolver protótipos e proof of concept em projetos de inovação utilizando ferramentas de desenvolvimento ágil
- Supervisionar a inovação tecnológica e promover a sua aplicação através da elaboração de relatórios de prospecção tecnológica e análise de oportunidades, destacando as alternativas
- Definir e aplicar modelos de análise de dados descritivos, preditivos e prescritivos com base nas necessidades de aplicação definidas (entrega ponta a ponta de modelos de machine learning)
- Identificar interpretar e manipular os conjuntos de dados necessários para o desenvolvimento dos modelos
- Promover a aplicação de técnicas de aprendizado de máquina estatísticas corretas
- Contribuir na disseminação de uma cultura de Data-Driven Decision na cia, fazendo interface entre áreas técnicas e as diversas áreas de negócio
- Extrair e organizar dados de inúmeras fontes e transformá-los em informações úteis e decifráveis por meio de gráficos e dashboards Conhecimentos
- Programação e criação de algoritmos
- Machine learning e frameworks como: TensorFlow, Pytorch, Sci-Kit Learn, Keras, H2O etc)
- Linguagens de programação (SQL, R, Pyhton, Scala etc.)
- Database management
- Conhecimento de soluções de dados em Cloud
- Conhecimento técnico de estruturas de dados (Bancos Relacionais, Não Relacionais e Big Data)
- Metodologias desenvolvimento lean/agile
- Ferramentas de visualização e exploração de dados (Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Data Studio, Qlik etc)
Formação:
Preferencialmente Engenharia de Computação, Ciência da Computação e afins.
