Supply Chain and Facilities Analyst

Join SCIEX, a leading company in mass spectrometry and capillary electrophoresis, as a Supply Chain and Facilities Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for handling multiple tasks related to logistics, procurement, and facilities matters, interacting with various areas of the organization to support continuous learning and personal/professional growth.

This position is part of the Supply Chain Organization and will be based in Barueri/SP. As a Supply Chain and Facilities Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Organize and Plan: Organize and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, facilities management, or related areas.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Procurement and Negotiations
  • General planning in Logistics
  • Car fleet management
