Bacharelado ou mestrado em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada e/ou experiência de trabalho relacionadaExperiência de trabalho em um ambiente ágil e de ritmo acelerado.Experiencia em alinhamento de estratégias com matriz global e desdobramento na região, buscando resultados e conquistas para o grupo mundial.Forte compreensão das ferramentas de desenvolvimento de pessoas (9inBox, SWOT, 5W2H, etc.)Habilidades de liderança sólidas, com a capacidade de motivar e inspirar uma equipe.
