**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our business development and client management efforts in Latin America. This role requires a proactive hunter with strong C-level relationships in the financial sector and the ability to grow our footprint across the region. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and close new business opportunities with Central banks and major Financial institutions, maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing clients, and act as a trusted partner to clients throughout the implementation process. Develop strategic growth plans for the region Lead RFP processes, prepare proposals and presentations Represent the company at key events and industry forums in LATAM Required Skills & Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in technology sales/business development (financial software preferred) A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in LATAM A strong existing network in banking and regulatory institutions Knowledge of payment systems (RTGS, ACH, CSD, Instant Payments) is a strong advantage What We Offer: We offer a competitive compensation package with performance incentives, the opportunity to drive strategic growth in one of our key regions, and a role with both independence and strong support from global HQ.
