HCLTech is hiring for a dynamic international project in Mexico City , and we’re looking for a versatile Applications Analyst with hands-on expertise in Five9, Calabrio, SolidWorks, and NiceLabel Pro .
This is your opportunity to work across multiple domains — from customer experience to product design and manufacturing — supporting a global client with innovative, integrated solutions.
Role: Applications Analyst – Five9 / Calabrio / SolidWorks / NiceLabel Pro
Key Responsibilities:
Support Five9 for contact center operations and Calabrio for workforce optimization and analytics.
Utilize SolidWorks for engineering and product design workflows.
Configure and maintain NiceLabel Pro for label creation and printing in supply chain and manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and performance across platforms.
Location : Mexico City
️ Language Requirement : Advanced English – mandatory
✈️ Relocation Requirement : Must be available to work remotely from Brazil during the initial period , with mandatory relocation to Mexico after the probation period
