Buscamos uma pessoa Staff Software Engineer para EdTech que tem a visão de democratizar o ensino de idiomas no Brasil e no mundo.
A missão da equipe de engenharia é gerar valor para a experiência de ensino, ajudando alunos e professores a alcançarem seus objetivos, pessoais e profissionais. Para tal, acreditamos que colaboração, autonomia, boas práticas e pragmatismo são elementos fundamentais no processo.
Estar neste time significa integrar uma comunidade de pessoas que buscam compartilhar ideias, conhecimentos e soluções entre times. Todos esses pontos contribuem no desenvolvimento da melhor experiência de aprendizado para alunos, professores e nós mesmos :)
O foco dessa atuação será ampliar a geração de valor em vários times/BU (business unit), buscar oportunidades técnicas de aumentar a performance dos times por meio de mentoria, boas práticas e adoção de novas tecnologias. É comum ter períodos de foco em demandas complexas de um squad, porém sempre conectado à estratégia de outros times e BU. Além disso, irá contribuir com o ferramental da empresa ao identificar dores em comum nas equipes.

Você será responsável por:
- Participar do desenvolvimento de produtos construindo microservices em arquiteturas event-driven.
- Aplicar boas práticas de código, como clean code, arquitetura hexagonal, testes automatizados e princípios de programação funcional.
- Integrar times multidisciplinares inspirados em cultural agile e continuous delivery.
- Liderar entregas end-to-end, desde sua modelagem até produção (“You build it, you run it”).
- Adotar conceitos de devops, como IaC (Infra as Code), na gestão de infraestrutura de produtos.
Contribuir na construção do ferramental de engenharia, buscando oportunidades de canonizar tecnologias para todos os times da empresa.
- Algumas tecnologias que terá contato: Python; FastAPI; AWS SQS, SNS, ECS e Lambda; PostgreSQL; Docker; Github Actions; Terraform; ELK; Svelte e SvelteKit; TailwindCSS; NextJS; Flutter;
- Conceitos utilizados (que esperamos que você conheça): Microservice, Event driven, Testes automatizados, Cultura ágil, Continuous delivery, Conceitos de functional programming, Infra as Code, DevOps, “You build it, you run it”, Stack canônica.
- Experiênica anterior como referência de colaboração, autonomia e liderança técnica nos projetos que participou.
- Recesso de 30 dias;
- Pagamento adicional de final de ano (até um salário);
- Auxilio Refeição (CAJU): em torno de R$500/mês (variável conforme dias úteis);
- Auxilio Cultura de R$50,00 ao mês;
- Plano de Saúde Unimed Nacional (com coparticipação de 30% e sem custo para o titular);
- Plano Odontológico Amil (sem coparticipação e sem mensalidade para o titular);
- Escritório Bilíngue, onde você pode escolher um dos cursos de idiomas ou tecnologia para estudar gratuitamente;
- Day off no mês de aniversário.
