We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Unreal Engine Developer to join our remote development team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize a real-time timer clock system with gamify elements and effects using Unreal Engine with C++ and Blueprints. If you have a strong background in Unreal Engine, enjoy tackling complex problems, and have a knack for creating dynamic race like timers with live data visualizations, we want to hear from you


As an integral member of our team, you will:

  • Develop Intelligent Reports: Utilize Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprints to create smart reports from manufacturing data, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect the most current information.
  • Optimize Real-Time Data Visualizations: Refine and maintain live data visualizations that update seamlessly in real-time, providing accurate and timely data views.
  • Ensure Mathematical Accuracy: Apply your strong mathematical skills to verify calculations, identify discrepancies, and implement improvements.
  • Integrate with MongoDB and APIs: Efficiently read and manipulate data from MongoDB and integrate with Digital Ocean APIs to manage data and deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that meet our evolving business needs.


What we're looking for:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in Unreal Engine with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong skills in C++ and Blueprints for game development and real-time applications.
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB and experience in querying and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with Digital Ocean APIs and deployment workflows.
  • Mathematical Proficiency:
  • Strong aptitude for mathematics and the ability to ensure complex calculations are accurate and efficient.
  • Development Experience:
  • Proven track record in developing systems that support real-time data updates and dynamic reporting.
  • Experience with modern development tools and best practices in a high-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Work Ethic and Team Fit:
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently after initial direction and as part of a collaborative team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game engine design, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Additional Experience: Experience in setting up and managing zero-paper workflows, and a solid understanding of report generation and distribution processes.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in similar projects and a history of solving complex data-driven challenges.
  • Availability: Willingness to commit to flexible hours to meet project deadlines and milestones.
