Responsabilidades e Atribuições

Estratégia de Pricing e Rentabilidade :
Analisar estruturas de preços, descontos, políticas comerciais e margens por produto, cliente e canal.
Apoiar a definição e revisão de estratégias de precificação orientadas a valor, custo, concorrência e elasticidade.
Identificar oportunidades de aumento de margem e rentabilidade sem perda de competitividade.

Análises Financeiras e Modelagem
Desenvolver modelos de precificação, simulações de cenários e análises de sensibilidade.
Construir análises de margem de contribuição, CMV, custos diretos e indiretos.
Apoiar estudos de viabilidade econômica, lançamentos de produtos e revisão de portfólio.

Dados, Relatórios e BI
Estruturar e analisar bases de dados de vendas, custos e preços.
Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e dashboards (Excel / Power BI) para acompanhamento de performance de pricing.
Traduzir dados complexos em insights claros para executivos e áreas comerciais.

Atuação Consultiva com Clientes
Atuar diretamente em projetos de clientes de diferentes setores (indústria, distribuição, varejo e serviços).
Apoiar reuniões de diagnóstico, apresentações de resultados e recomendações estratégicas.
Trabalhar de forma integrada com times de FP&A, comercial, operações e tecnologia.

Requisitos e Qualificações
Formação : Graduação em Engenharia, Economia, Administração, Finanças, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência prévia em pricing, controladoria, FP&A ou consultoria financeira .
Conhecimento sólido em margem, custos, DRE gerencial e rentabilidade .
Excel avançado (modelagem, tabelas dinâmicas, cenários).
Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI será diferencial).
Capacidade analítica elevada e atenção a detalhes.
Comunicação clara, objetiva e orientada a negócio.
