Job Description
**Scope of Position**

Gather and analyze pricing data to develop pricing structure for sales and existing customers, improving structure and efficiency while increasing profits. Ensure updated pricing received within the network is updated timely, distributed to the proper operational contact, and is understood to ensure billing accuracy.
- Present quotes to product, sales, account management and network
- Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting
- Receive and update global air and ocean rate revisions and disseminate to appropriate level
- Validate sales quotations for accuracy and profitability.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and margin.
- Help decipher customer rates to correct billing discrepancies
- Measure close ratio of quotes provided
- RFQ management in conjunction with product managers

Qualifications
- 1 year related working experience and/or training;
- Having experience in air or ocean pricing and knowledge of the market
- Understanding of ocean documentation process (preferred);
- Must have the ability to prioritize and work with deadlines;
- Understanding of incoterms;
