This position will be part of the Value Creation area recruiting team, working with C-Level and Senior Management selection processes across Patria’s Private Equity portfolio. The selected person will be based in our São Paulo, in a full in-person work model.
Main Responsibilities:
- Search, screen and interview candidates for C-Level and senior management positions across Patria’s 40+ Private Equity portfolio in LATAM, fostering Patria’s growth strategy in the region.
- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers across the portfolio companies, assisting them on the recruiting strategy, evaluation process, offers and new-hires onboarding.
- Work with recruiting consultancies, developing partnerships, and educating them in Patria’s ways of working.
- Ensure candidates have the best experience regardless of the outcome of the selection process, guaranteeing they have high-quality interviews, and they are supported by constant communication, updates, and feedbacks.
- Work as Value Creation’s area processes and governance guardian, educating hiring managers, interviewers, and stakeholders on selection processes best practices.
- Have data registered in our recruiting systems, ensuring we have the necessary track record and data analytics supporting the best decisions.
- To assist recruiting processes and controls implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in middle/top management recruiting, with constant interaction with internal and/or external hiring managers.
- Experienced both in technical and skill-based interviews.
- Ability with recruiting tools and searching techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for recruiting consultancy will be considered a plus, not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
