Enterprise Application Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Application Services Manager to oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless uptime and compliance with global IT and security standards. This critical role requires strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive incident, change, and release management processes while monitoring service performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include: Managing vendors and contracts to optimize services and negotiate improvements. Owning Operational Expenses (OPEX) and cost optimization initiatives in partnership with Finance and Procurement. Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Leads, and IT teams to align priorities and embed operational readiness in every deployment. Ensuring governance, observability, and automation across application environments to drive continuous improvement. To succeed in this position, you will need: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in IT Operations or Application Management within large enterprises. Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles. Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, SAP, Power Platform, and ServiceNow. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese a strong advantage.
