ITC Infotech is looking for Application Service Manager to join our team in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Working Model : Hybrid (You'll have to be there at client location for 2 days in a week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring uptime and compliance with global IT and security standards.
- Drive incident, change, and release management processes while monitoring service performance and SLAs.
- Lead vendor and contract management, tracking KPIs and negotiating service improvements.
- Own OPEX and cost optimization initiatives, partnering with Finance and Procurement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leads, and IT teams to align priorities and embed operational readiness in every deployment.
- Ensure governance, observability, and automation across application environments to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations or Application Management within large enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and operational budgets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, SAP, Power Platform, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency;
Portuguese a strong advantage.
