Job DescriptionVous aimez faire plaisir et vous faire plaisir, passionné(e) par votre métier et les métiers de l’accueil, rejoignez notre équipe.Sous la responsabilité du Chef de réception et de l'Assistant/e Chef de Réception, le shift leader est garant/e de la qualité du service d'accueil et s'assure que l'Expérience client soit réussie.En shift, vous participez à offrir à nos clients le meilleur accueil dans le respect des normes Novotel et de la réglementation.Exemplaire et expérimenté(e), vous êtes le référent pour les membres de l'équipe en réception.Rigoureux, vous contrôlez et veillez au suivi des procédures.Supervision des opérations pendant le shift.Gestion des plaintes clients et devoir de décision.Formation des collaborateurs.Suivi du programme de fidélité Accor ALL.QualificationsVous justifiez d'une expérience d’un an minimum sur un poste similaire.Vous avez le goût du challenge et l'esprit d'équipe.Vous maîtrisez les systèmes informatiques (Opera, Microsoft Office, Résaweb, etc).Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, une troisième langue est appréciée.Additional Information13ème mois.Chèques repas.Eco-chèques.Remboursement du titre de transport.Prime trimestrielle sur objectifs collectifs.Assurance hospitalisation + épargne retraite.Carte Accor Heartist (avantages partout dans le monde dans nos hôtels et restaurants).Un hôtel 4 étoiles (217 chambres) – groupe multimarques avec opportunités d’évolution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
