We are seekingEnglish-fluent speakers for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role. The ideal candidate is great at building relationships and is not afraid of picking up the phone and making calls, and thrives in high-paced environments. You will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and setting the foundation for sales success. If you have excellent communication skills, fluent English, and are driven by results, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings. Use CRMs to track, manage, and organize sales activities. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.Required Skills and Qualifications:English fluent speaker. 2-4 years of professional experience in high-paced environments. Ownership mentality:Proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results. Extrovertedand comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients. Stronginterpersonal skillsand ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organizedand goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):Experience usingCRM systemsto manage sales pipelines and track prospects. Experience sellingSaaS products. Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.A high level of English proficiency is required, as this role involves working primarily in English.
