ShowHeroes is looking for its next Sales Executive. This key position will report directly to our Sales Manager and will play a pivotal role in driving ShowHeroes' growth in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and renewing sustainable relationships with agencies, direct clients, and trading desks.

Responsibilities

  • Hunter profile with great capacity to bring in new business
  • Initiate, develop, and renew sustainable relationships with agencies, direct clients, and trading desks;
  • Have a network of contacts for a book of business development;
  • Market the video solutions (OLV and CTV) of the ShowHeroes group;
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for clients in our portfolio and monitor their progress;
  • Manage a wide range of communication strategies to connect with agencies and clients, including email communication, meetings, face-to-face and virtual meetings, and
  • Conduct institutional presentations of project proposals.
  • Provide consultative selling, being recognized as an expert in video and advertising solutions to your clients, their contacts, and the communications industry at large.
  • Report to the Sales Manager and Director on your commercial activities.


Qualifications


  • Experience in digital media sales, ideally including video and CTV.
  • Have thorough knowledge of the most common digital marketing concepts such as metrics, programmatic media, media complementarity, reach and frequency in digital media.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven relationship with interlocutors in media agencies, trading desks and direct clients, with decision making ability.
  • Goal-based mindset, perseverance, assurance, authority, and self-confidence.
  • Motivation and courage to express new ideas;
  • Willingness and ability to take responsibility;
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English;
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
