This role is essential to ensure the accurate and timely submission of project documentation, as well as the ongoing coordination of invoice schedules and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to the table.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize, manage, and track project submittals for the Utilities DivisionCoordinate and submit project documentation, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are metMonitor invoice due dates across multiple projects and compile required documentationMaintain digital filing systems and ensure proper documentation workflowsSupport project managers and teams with administrative duties as neededHelp streamline internal processes to improve operational efficiencyRequirementsFully professional and fluent level of EnglishPrior experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably in construction, engineering, architecture, property management, or landscapingU.S.
work experience is preferred, but not requiredHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelExperience tracking project milestones and managing team or crew schedulesStrong data entry and digital organization skillsExcellent communication and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume
