Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator. This position will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to a production or services project, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Develops an operational year plan for departmental activities
  • Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures
  • Contributes to the planning of larger units
Responsibilities:

- Supervises, organizes, and executes service projects, including scope, time, contract, cost, and quality management

- Handles standardized project processes, guidelines, and procedures

- Works with diverse clients in a region, adhering to predefined contracts and frameworks

- Collaborates with high-level business personnel, specifying needs, communicating project approaches, and presenting outcomes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma)
  • Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace in a dynamic environment
  • Able to shape and successfully execute complex projects
  • Strong experience in project managing
  • Fluent English
