O Arquiteto Técnico da ServiceNow liderará o design técnico, a arquitetura e a supervisão da entrega para a implementação da plataforma ServiceNow, com foco nos módulos principais, incluindo Gerenciamento de Solicitações, CMDB, Gerenciamento do Conhecimento e Gerenciamento de Incidentes.

Principais Responsabilidades

Traduzir requisitos de negócios em arquitetura ServiceNow escalável e soluções técnicas

Projetar fluxos de trabalho e catalogar itens para casos de uso de gerenciamento de solicitações

Definir estruturas de CMDB, modelos de classe de CI e relacionamentos alinhados ao CSDM

Arquitetar recursos de gerenciamento de conhecimento, ciclo de vida de artigos e integrações com incidente/solicitação

Configurar categorização de incidentes, lógica de atribuição, SLAs e caminhos de escalonamento

Requisitos Necessários:

Sólida experiência na plataforma ServiceNow

Experiência prática nos módulos principais: Gerenciamento de Requisições, CMDB, Conhecimento, Incidentes

Proficiência em ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Script Includes e Configuração de Itens de Catálogo

Sólido conhecimento em CSDM 4.0+ e sua aplicação às melhores práticas de CMDB

Familiaridade com o ServiceNow Knowledge Management e a configuração do ciclo de vida de Incidentes

Experiência com modelos de entrega ágil/iterativos e builds baseados em sprint

Fortes habilidades de comunicação e gerenciamento de stakeholders

Administrador de Sistemas Certificado ServiceNow (CSA) necessário; certificações CAD/ITSM são preferenciais

Certificação ITIL Foundation ou conhecimento equivalente de práticas de ITSM

Desejáveis:

Experiência com implementações corporativas de larga escala do ServiceNow

Experiência em integração com AD, SSO ou sistemas externos via APIs REST/SOAP

Capacidade de orientar equipes de entrega distribuídas e garantir a qualidade técnica

Modelo de Contratação: PJ ou CLT

Projeto Temporário: 4 meses, com possibilidade de efetivação.
