  • Sólida experiência no uso da ferramentas para monitoramento efetivo dos produtos (aplicações, bancos e experiência do cliente em geral);
  • Conhecimento em pilhas de Ci/Cd (Github Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOPS);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automações (Ansible);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus);
  • Conhecimentos em ferramentas de logs (ELK, Cloudwatch);
  • Experiência com container e orquestração (ECS, Kubernetes);
  • Conhecimento em alguma linguagem de programação (Python, Go).

  • Apoiar com a criação e padronização da infraestrutura como código (IaC);
  • Apoiar na utilização das soluções de observabilidade pelos times de engenharia;
  • Construir processos e documentações que facilitam a implementação e garantem qualidade;
  • Apoiar momentos de troubleshooting, orientando e facilitando o uso das ferramentas;
  • Sugerir e direcionar melhorias para que possamos aumentar a disponibilidade, escalabilidade, confiabilidade e segurança dos sistemas, a partir da observação das métricas e logs;
  • Ser parte do time de cloud & observabilidade, apoiando as iniciativas gerais do time.
