A masters or post-graduation in related areas is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience with SAP, HRIS, Dayforce (Ceridian) as a plus.Fluent written and verbal skills in English - French or Swedish as a plus.Experience in organizational development. Experience in a global organization is ideal. Experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development, change management and project management, proven by relevant projects.Experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred.
