Role Description

This is a contract role for a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant. The consultant will engage in business process analysis, supply chain management, and management consulting with Lean Digital. Responsibilities include optimizing business operations, providing solutions for Manufacturing and SCM challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results. This is a hybrid role based in Mogi das Cruzes, SP, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess processes, and identify areas for improvement
  • Expertise in Management Consulting and Business Process optimization
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and strategy
  • Proven consulting skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, APS, WMS, RFID, MES and integration is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
