As part of their large-scale operations expansion, the company is seeking a highly experiencedSenior Dynamics 365 F&O Production & Supply Chain Management Consultantto strengthen their manufacturing and supply chain systems in preparation for global-scale D365 F&O roll out.Role OverviewAs theSenior D365 F&O SCM/Production Consultant, you will be the subject-matter expert for Production, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules. You will lead solution design, drive process optimization, and support global teams across complex, regulated environments. Your expertise will be critical in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the D365 platform supports end-to-end supply chain excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and optimization ofProduction,Supply Chain Management,Warehouse Management, andManufacturingmodules in D365 F&O.Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leaders to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.Drive full lifecycle implementations and continuous improvement initiatives across global sites.Provide expert guidance in areas such as BOMs, Routes, Master Planning, MRP, Production Control, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Quality.Run requirements workshops, create functional documentation, guide testing cycles, and support go-live and hypercare phases.Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices in a regulated biotech setting.Support integrations with MES, LIMS, warehouse automation, and supply chain planning tools where applicable.Requirements7+ years of experiencewith Dynamics AX and/orDynamics 365 F&Ofocused on Production and Supply Chain modules.Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain workflows, and operational best practices.Proven leadership in multi-phase D365 ERP implementations or transformation programmes.Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese or Spanish advantageous.Ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment.Must reside inBrazil.Nice to HaveExperience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.Exposure to MES integration, WMS solutions, or advanced planning systems.Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and cross-functional D365 capabilities.What's on Offer100% remote role based in Brazil.Opportunity to influence global manufacturing and supply chain operations in a global D365 F&O roll-out.Work with a mission-driven bio-tech innovator.How to ApplyIf you are a seasoned Production & Supply Chain expert with strong D365 F&O experience, we'd love to connect.
