Who are we: Neotalent Conclusion is one of the leading Iberian specialists providing services in Information Technology and Engineering services.As part of the Netherlands-based organization Conclusion, which has an ecosystem of over 25 companies and 3,600 employees, we are focused on increasing the technological capacity of our clients and the digital transformation of their application ecosystems.We are talent specialists, attracting the best people and combining them with the needs of the most ambitious projects, at the right time.Our success comes from our investments in innovation, our focus on results, and, above all, the guarantee that our people will have happy and rewarding careers.With over 25 years of solid experience, Neotalent Conclusion has established its presence in key locations, including Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid.The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us at Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect / CRM Consultant to join one of our biggest clients, a global technology consultancy focused on delivering high-impact digital solutions across industries.If you are looking for an opportunity to lead a strategic technical assessment, contribute to the simplification and optimisation of a complex CRM ecosystem, and help define the roadmap for long-term transformation, we have the ideal project for your career.Come energize your future with us Location: Full-remote from Brazil (English fluency required) What you will do: • Evaluate the current Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customizations, entity model, and configuration • Identify sources of complexity, performance bottlenecks, and fragility • Recommend strategies to simplify the architecture and reduce technical debt • Analyse integrations including Dataverse OData APIs, Outbound Event Messages, and ESB • Review data flows, reconciliation challenges, and environment promotion processes • Propose robust data governance and integration patterns • Assess Azure DevOps pipelines and multi-environment deployment practices • Recommend automation improvements for deployment reliability • Review managed service framework and suggest future support models • Produce findings and recommendations report • Define short-term stabilisation and medium-term optimisation roadmap • Prepare proposal for next-phase implementation What you are like: • Senior-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales Enterprise module) • Strong experience with integration technologies: Dataverse APIs, ESB messaging, web services • Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies • Proven experience in CRM architecture rationalisation and modernisation • Experience assessing managed service models and support optimisation • Advanced problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations • Strong understanding of data modelling, reconciliation, and automation • Comfortable working in fast-paced discovery phases (2–3 weeks) • Proactive and independent, with strong alignment capabilities Why join us: • Work on challenging projects for big clients • Learn more about emerging technologies • Possibility of working remotely • Design your career plan • Access to continuous training and certifications • Evolve through our internal mobility program • ... and much more
