Senior Technical Support Specialist The position involves providing high-level technical support for complex systems, infrastructure, and business-critical applications. This includes troubleshooting issues related to code builds, pipelines, artifacts, and software distribution. This role is critical in ensuring stability, reliability, and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Linux commands and systems, proficiency in scripting (Bash, Perl, Java, Python), and hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and related tools. Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, table interactions, and data extraction. Understanding of DevOps dependencies, such as code review, builds, repositories, packages, and distribution. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Beyond technical expertise, this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is also essential for success in this position.
