• Location: Hybrid in São Paulo

Job Description


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations


• Provide support to end users and address their concerns effectively


• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures


• Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity and security


• Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders


• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

Skill Sets:


• Proficiency in Portuguese and English language


• Experience with ITIL processes and support frameworks


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for application-level issues
