As Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, some of your key responsibilities will be to:Establish excellent working relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment in approachAct as a true partner to the business through the end-to-end hiring processCreate innovative attraction strategies, reflective of role requirements and market conditionsAttend networking events to increase brand awarenessParticipate in identifying and implementing process improvements across the operationTo be successful in this role you will have:Successful recruitment industry/ agency or in-house experience in a corporate environmentA passion for Talent Acquisition and best-in-class service deliveryA proven background proactively sourcing candidates and building strong working relationships with hiring managersSpecialist recruitment knowledge ideally within engineering/ technical and be familiar with nationwide recruitment activityThe ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workloadEffective communication skills and be able to grasp commercial concepts and complex proceduresBachelor degree in Administration, Psychologist or similar.Bilingual: English or SpanishAt least 5 years of experience in similar positionsWorkday knowledge is a plusApply today to join us and Build What’s Next
