Heavy Machinery Maintenance Professional The role of a service engineer is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our heavy machinery products. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance and support to customers in overseas regions; Completing customer service training and internal process procedures; Managing spare parts tasks, including offering quotations and providing support; Offering product improvement suggestions for sustainable growth; Supporting regional managers with daily work and business development. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; Minimum 2 years' experience in heavy machinery maintenance, preferably with cranes or hoists; Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems, with certifications a plus; Bilingual proficiency in English and local language (e.g., Russian, Turkish, Portuguese); Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about hands-on work.
