Service Technical Specialist Overview of the Position: Deliver expert technical guidance and support for global product operations. Responsibilities: Complete customer service training and internal process tasks, including spare parts management and quotations. Offer product improvement suggestions and implement sustainable enhancements. Support regional managers in business development and daily operations. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, preferably with cranes/hoists. Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with certifications a plus. Proficiency in English and local languages, such as Russian, Turkish, or Portuguese, for communication. Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about hands-on work.
