As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will bring our vision to life through architecture, configuration, flow automation, and collaboration. In this role, you will assist with discovery, architecture, and automation while serving as the go-to expert for translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and internal teams to gather, validate, and document business requirements.

Define the minimum viable product (MVP) based on client needs, statements of work (SOW), and insights from discovery meetings.

Create and manage user stories while maintaining the product backlog.

Work with a Project Manager to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.

Configure Salesforce components such as Lightning pages, dynamic forms, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and public groups.

Collaborate with internal design and technical teams on architecture and solution ideation.

Provide recommendations based on the latest Salesforce and third-party application capabilities.

Work with ElevateActual developers to translate business requirements into custom solutions when needed.

Analyze source system data and create data mapping documents and data dictionaries.

Transform and migrate data using tools such as Dataloader.io, Workbench, or Apsona, according to customer requirements.

Troubleshoot, test, and optimize solutions for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience, processes, and data integrity.

Stay updated with Salesforce platform developments and best practices to provide forward-thinking recommendations.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration (object architecture, configuration, Flows).

Proven ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions (objects, validation rules, flows, automation, Lightning pages, permission sets, etc.).

Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and automation.

Experience with data management and migration (Dataloader.io, Workbench, Apsona, etc.).

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (stakeholder management, requirements gathering, backlog management).

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (user stories, MVP definition, SOW alignment).

Knowledge of third-party Salesforce applications and ability to recommend solutions.

Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
