Here, you will have the chance to develop in an innovative environment, alongside a high-performance team, working on real challenges and creating solutions that make a difference. About the positionThe Senior Field Marketing Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing integrated field marketing, events, and ABM strategies to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement within our audience. This role will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, trade shows, and sales-oriented marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Product. It will leverage market insights to tailor campaigns, maximize ROI, and enhance our brand presence at key industry gatherings. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a strong understanding of the technical buying cycle. Your ImpactLead the development and execution of integrated field marketing, events, and ABM strategies to drive pipeline growth and support regional sales objectives.Plan and manage all aspects of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.Own pre- and post-event communication workflows, including invitations, follow-ups, and lead nurturing campaigns.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Communications teams to ensure marketing programs align with business goals and product launches.Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads, supporting conversion and revenue impact.Analyze campaign and event performance, track key metrics, and report on ROI and pipeline impact using marketing analytics tools.Identify new field marketing opportunities and oversee external partners and junior team members, fostering innovation and executional excellence. What Youll BringSolid experience in field marketing, event management, or demand generation within a B2B environment.Proven track record of planning and executing a variety of in-person and virtual events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars).Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and/or Customer Success teams.Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.Fluent in English both written and spoken.Willingness and ability to travel as needed (up to 30%).Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Bonus PointsExperience in high-growth, fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS companies.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) for campaign analysis and reporting.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across different levels, including executives.Experience managing agencies or leading junior team members.Creative mindset with a track record of testing and implementing innovative event or campaign formats. Benefits & Azion Way of LifeCLT hiring model;Health and dental plan;Flexible VR and VA (Flash Card), including during vacation periods;Transport voucher without payroll deduction;Annual internal hackathons;Mobility allowance (additional amount for travel);Freestyle (incentive to customize the workstation);Stock options (according to policy);Birthday day off;TotalPass;Flexible working hours (really flexible);Nomad Program to work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year (according to policy);Annual international exchange program. FlexWork ModelWe offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration.
