Keeta-City Logistics Expert

Responsibilities: City P&L Influence: Directly accountable for key operational KPIs such as SLA, cost-per-order, and fleet utilization.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of Fleet Ops Leads (FOLs) to execute and monitor on-ground operations.
Local Strategy Ownership: Develop and drive city-level operational playbooks, incentive schemes, and engagement models.
On-ground Execution: Serve as the core link between central ops, 3PL/freelancer fleets, and city-level restaurant partners.
Operational Problem-Solving: Use data and partner feedback to identify bottlenecks and roll out scalable solutions.
Requirements:
Desired work experience in logistics, on-ground ops, or city launches.
Experience in managing field teams, ground execution, or supply onboarding in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel or relocate between assigned cities.
Prior experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, or logistics tech platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
