Job Title: City Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role in city operations, overseeing the execution and monitoring of on-ground logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing field teams, ground execution, or supply onboarding in fast-paced environments.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly accountable for key operational KPIs such as SLA, cost-per-order, and fleet utilization.
  • Lead a team of Fleet Ops Leads (FOLs) to execute and monitor on-ground operations.
  • Develop and drive city-level operational playbooks, incentive schemes, and engagement models.
  • Serve as the core link between central ops, 3PL/freelancer fleets, and city-level restaurant partners.
  • Use data and partner feedback to identify bottlenecks and roll out scalable solutions.


Requirements:
  • Desired work experience in logistics, on-ground ops, or city launches.
  • Experience in managing field teams, ground execution, or supply onboarding in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate between assigned cities.
  • Prior experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, or logistics tech platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
