Our work focuses on design excellence, innovation, and close collaboration with product teams.The OpportunityWe are hiring a Senior Product Designer Manager with strong experience in B2B software, enterprise UX, technical product design, and SaaS or cybersecurity platforms.This role is perfect for a hands-on design leader who enjoys solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and shipping scalable, intuitive product experiences in fast-paced startup environments. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across US-based SaaS teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full end-to-end product design process: discovery, research, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI. Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions. Design complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS product interfaces, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions. Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and technical constraints. Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency across all product areas. Stay up to date with cybersecurity, UX trends, B2B user behavior, and enterprise design best practices. Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews, critique, and team leadership.RequirementsFull professional English, written and spoken. Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise product design, especially in cybersecurity, data tools, or technical SaaS products. Expertise with Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle). Deep knowledge of interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and UX strategy for B2B products. Experience working in agile development environments with PMs and engineers. Familiarity with design systems, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive design.Preferred Qualifications8+ years as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with senior-level expertise. Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or tools with complex user journeys. Understanding of frontend principles (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers. Previous experience working with US-based startups or product teams.
