A Share People Hub em parceria com empresa do ramo Financeiro, busca por Pessoa Business Development Representative (BDR) Sênior, para atuação modelo 100% presencial em Campinas-SP Desafios da Posição | Principais Responsabilidades:Atuar como especialista em prospecção estratégica, liderando grandes contas (mid/enterprise).Construir bases qualificadas de alto valor, garantindo previsibilidade no pipeline comercial.Contribuir para a evolução contínua do playbook de outbound.Treinar e apoiar o time em melhores práticas de prospecção.Atuar diretamente em oportunidades estratégicas dentro do ICP. Requisitos Necessários:Ensino Superior completo.Domínio profundo de CRM e playbooks de outbound.Proficiência em prospecção multicanal e criação de cadências avançadas.Experiência com ICP complexo e mapeamento de stakeholders.Técnicas de vendas consultivas (SPIN, GPCT, MEDDIC e similares).Especialização no uso de ferramentas de enriquecimento (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov, Apollo, Clay etc.).Capacidade de analisar dados de prospecção e otimizar processos. O que esperamos de você | Requisitos Comportamentais:Capacidade de argumentação e comunicação consultiva.Liderança informal e habilidade de orientar o time (posição sênior).Alta resiliência e disciplina.Pensamento analítico e visão de negócio.Iniciativa, autonomia e ownership na geração de pipeline.
