About VirtuAll VA VirtuAll VA provides high-quality virtual assistant services to real estate professionals and property management firms across the United States. We support brokers, agents, and operators by handling critical day-to-day operations so they can focus on growth, client relationships, and deal execution.
We are currently expanding our real estate division and are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants who understand how U.S. real estate works and can operate confidently in fast-paced environments.
Role Overview As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will support U.S.-based real estate teams with administrative, operational, and transaction-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who already understands U.S. real estate terminology, workflows, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities Support leasing, sales, and property management operations
Manage emails, calendars, and client communications
Assist with listings, lease documentation, and transaction coordination
Follow up with prospects, tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Update CRMs and property management systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic operational trackers
Execute tasks accurately while meeting U.S. business standards and timelines
Required Experience & Skills Prior experience working in U.S. real estate (sales, leasing, or property management)
Strong understanding of U.S. real estate terminology and processes
Excellent spoken and written English
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with U.S. clients and time zones
Experience with tools such as CRMs, Google Workspace, or property management software is a plus
