We are looking for an ServiceNow Administrator who wants to learn and transform their career.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with users reporting issues related to Service Now.
- Provide Resolution and RCA for the incident.
- Process requests related to Service Now.
- Work on Service Now release management activities.
- Monitor Service Now integration jobs and troubleshoot and fix if any issues are reported.
- Knowledge and work experience in Javascript, client and server side scripting - business rules, script inclusion, UI actions, UI policies, data policies - all scripting aspects of the Service Now system.
- Knowledge and work experience in UI interfaces within Service Now – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening and negotiation skills.
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to assist in determining the root cause of problems, offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick but effective resolution.
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified application developer (good to have);
- CSM, HRSD, WSD and General Service Now administrative tasks.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge and work experience in Javascript, client and server side scripting - business rules.
- Inclusion of scripts, UI actions, UI policies, data policies - all scripting aspects of the Service Now system.
- Knowledge and experience working in UI interfaces within Service Now – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
- Administrative tasks for CSM, HRSD, WSD and General Service Now.
- Certified System Administrator.
- Certified application developer.
