In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute high-performance sales strategies that maximize revenue and strengthen customer relationships. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance business performance and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
inspire the sales team to deliver high performance.
Analyze metrics and reports to optimize processes and outcomes.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management (preferably B2B).
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Availability to travel 80% of the time.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Language:
Advanced English
