Company Overview:  Our client company is a consulting agency based in the US that helps businesses set up, customize, and optimize HubSpot for sales, marketing, and customer management. They handle everything from migrating data and building automations to training teams and improving processes so clients can work more efficiently and grow revenue.
Work Schedule:  Part-time (20 hours per week, 4 hours/day, PST AM hours)
Role Overview:  We are looking for a high-performance BDR  who specializes in outbound lead generation through cold email and LinkedIn .
As an Appointment Setter/BDR, you will be responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel by researching target companies, executing high-volume outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings.
Responsibilities :
Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and other tools
Research and segment leads by industry, role, and buying intent
Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
Run  A/B tests  on  messaging, subject lines, and sequences to improve reply rates
Write persuasive outbound copy that sounds human, not spammy
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Founder
Collaborate on outreach strategy and continuously improve campaign performance
Required English Level:  C1 or above
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in a Lead Generation Agency  is a must
Experience with  cold email and LinkedIn outreach  is  required
Familiarity with  HubSpot CRM or similar CRMs
Able to  build lists and run outreach sequences  using tools like Apollo, Clay, or Lemlist
Strong strategy skills in  segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Solid copywriting ability—knows how to write messages that get replies
Analytical and metrics-driven (experience improving campaign metrics like open/reply rates)
Strong English writing and communication skills (C1 or above)
Preferred Qualifications:
Lead Generation Agency work experience.
Compensation:  Payment in USD or local currency, depending on the candidates' preference.
