What You’ll need:
Basic knowledge of manual systems testing, automated testing experience is a plus.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- validating the system against business needs.
Able to read business requirements and understand system changes.
Create and execute test cases.
Can be the voice of the customer /end user in conversations with developers and other stakeholders.
Communicating and assisting with responding to agent or vendor inquiries in order to troubleshoot and resolve problems reported.
Will be working in different systems and vendor environments.
Working daily Reports for Download inquiries.
Will be working in our Rally -Agile Systems
Additional Administrative Tasks that maybe assigned (Tracking information, updating excel spreadsheets, documents, etc. ).

Experience:
3 years of experience.

Skills:
Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)
Bachelor's degree Business Administration.
Excel – Intermediate
Office Suite - Intermediate
Power BI - Entry Level
Project Management Tools - Entry Level
Insurance Knowledge - Preferred
