Sobre o Cargo: Tech Lead .Net Core

Responsabilidades

· Atuar como referência técnica para a Squad, apoiando desenvolvedores backend, frontend e mobile.

· Definir e validar arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos, assegurando alta disponibilidade, resiliência e performance.

· Liderar decisões técnicas relacionadas à integração com o ecossistema Pix (chaves pix, cobrança, pagamentos, QR Codes dinâmicos, webhooks, etc.).

· Apoiar na construção de pipelines de CI/CD, testes automatizados e monitoramento contínuo.

· Interagir com áreas de negócio, segurança e infraestrutura para alinhar requisitos técnicos e regulatórios.

· Orientar o time no uso de boas práticas de Clean Code, DDD, SOLID e Design Patterns.

· Participar de discussões estratégicas com áreas parceiras (Cibersegurança, Risco, Sustentação) para evolução da plataforma Pix.

Pré-Requisitos

· Experiência sólida em .NET Core (versão 6+ e preferencialmente 8). (sugestão: pelo menos 5 anos de experiência)

· Conhecimento avançado em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos e microsserviços.

· Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL(Postgresql, Mysql, SqlServer) e NoSQL(MongoDB, DocumentDB);

· Vivência com DevOps: CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker e cloud (AWS/GCP);

· Vivência em arquitetura de soluções em AWS (com ênfase em resiliência, segurança e escalabilidade).

· Experiência com Kafka para mensageria e event streaming.

· Atuação prévia em ambientes financeiros/regulados (Pix, Open Finance, pagamentos instantâneos) será diferencial.

· Forte conhecimento em segurança de aplicações (mTLS, JWT, OAuth2, LGPD).

· Experiência em liderança técnica de squads multidisciplinares.

Diferenciais

· Certificações AWS (Solutions Architect, Developer ou DevOps).

· Experiência com Bacen JDPI / Pix em ambientes produtivos.

· Experiência em arquiteturas serverless e event-driven.

· Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

· Conhecimento IONIC

Atuação Remota

Contratação PJ - 30 dias de descanso remunerado ao ano.
