About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for early career talent to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also emphasizes networking and development, helping expand professional networks and build transferable skills. Learn more about the BAP Program HERE.

Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risks.
  • Analyze data, identify gaps, and follow up with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing Compliance governance committees, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking deliverables.
  • Assist with preparation of internal reports, compiling, collating, summarizing data, and proofreading.
  • Participate in training programs related to Compliance and other relevant subjects.
  • Perform general administrative and ancillary activities as assigned.
  • Work with compliance applications such as Refinitiv World-Check and Google applications.

Requirements:

  • Major in Economics, Social Science, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law in crypto is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex subjects through comprehensive reading.
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently across functions and locations.
  • Demonstrate learning agility, critical thinking, and innovation.
  • Crypto enthusiast.
  • Confidence, results-driven attitude, and creative problem-solving skills are appreciated.
